European Union and Russian Federation in need of a constructive dialogue


The transatlantic relations seem to be severely disturbed and the actual US sanctions against Russia will also lead to heavy losses to the Western European economy.The European system is hurt by Brexit, Catalonia and other populist tendencies.Last but not least the increasing tensions in Asia and the dominant position of China there lead to the conviction: we have to talk!
